WHAT DOES IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?
We offer two levels of shipping service for your convenience:
Standard Shipping: $4.95 (5-7 days)
Remember: Standard shipping is free on all orders over $50!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
The majority of our items are printed or embroidered especially for you! Due to this custom nature and on-demand production, please allow 5-7 business days prior to shipping. Of course, we will do everything possible to ship your order as quickly as possible and if you have a specific request or date needed, feel free to reach out to customer service and let us know. We'll do our best to help!
WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
Currently, we use USPS and FedEx.
HOW DO I GET TRACKING INFORMATION?
Once your order is marked as shipped in our system, you will receive an automated e-mail with detailed tracking information. Please check your SPAM folder before contacting us for tracking information.
WILL YOU SHIP TO AN APO/FPO?
Yes, we will! Simply enter your APO/FPO address and we will get it shipped to you!
HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
This depends on several factors. We will ALWAYS ship your order in the best manner possible to ensure a quick delivery. Typically, orders are received within 2-6 days.
The Standard Shipping option is typically shipped via USPS and will typically deliver 3-6 days after shipping. We ship from New Hampshire so the farther the delivery destination, the longer your shipment may take.
