Exchange Policy
If for any reason you want to exchange your new unworn/unwashed items, just CLICK HERE to send us an email to support@regularguytees.com. Let us know which items you would like to exchange, and we will email you a prepaid label so you can send your original items back. Once the items are on the way back to us, just let us know and we'll send out your replacement items. It's that simple.
Refund Policy
If you would like to return your unworn/unwashed items for a refund, email us at support@regularguytees.com to initiate your return. Once your return has been approved, you will be asked to ship the item back to us. Please be sure to include your name and original order number in the package.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping costs for items returned for refunds are the customer's responsibility.
Please note that all clearance items are final sale and no refunds are accepted.

Your returned/exchanged item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. Items that are not in new and unused condition may be denied a return/exchange. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.
Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment method. Based on your financial institution, it can take up to 2 to 10 business days to reflect on your account statement once your refund is processed.
