Watkins Glenn Summer Jam '73 Womens T-Shirt
About This Product
About This Tee: Woodstock who? In July 1973, over 600,000 music lovers converged on Watkins Glen, NY for Summer Jam '73, a festival featuring The Grateful Dead, The Band, and The Allman Brothers Band. This event still stands as the largest pop festival ever on US soil. This tee was designed for, and sold exclusively at the festival. Now is your chance to wear a piece of music history.
About Roach Studios: If you were around in the '70s, '80s or '90s, you surely encountered Roach Studio T-Shirts. In fact, you probably wore one. Their ads were a staple in every magazine, their catalog reached millions, and their transfers were at every mall T-Shirt shop in the country.
At their peak, Roach iron-on transfers adorned over 100 Million T-Shirts a year and accounted for over 35% of all of the T-Shirts sold in the world.
This officially-licensed Roach Studios design was recreated using the original work from the original artist, preserving all the retro awesomeness possible. We then reproduce them using ultra-comfortable modern fabrics and state-of-the-art printing techniques. These are a long way from the old iron-ons of your youth.
We are proud to present these vintage designs from Roach Studios, bringing them back to those who loved them in the past, while introducing them to a whole new generation.
